The items purchased by you are eligible for refund and replacement if you inform us within the 48 hours of the delivery which is applicable only if
- Wrong product dispatched.
- Product was broken during the delivery
For claiming the refund or replace you first need to inform us via email at our email id officers@healingworld.co.in and once we approve it for change or refund you need to send the product back to us at your own expenses and we will change it with same product or refund your amount without any extra cost once the product has been reached to us After 48 hours of delivery no such requests will be entertained unless there is a valid reason for it.
Payment
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
