Exchange Policy
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly e-mail us.
- If you have received an incorrect/defective product, we can exchange this with the identical item. Merchandise can only be swapped if it is returned unused and in good condition, or by presenting evidence of damage/flaw.
- Please do not accept the product if the inner packaging is damaged.
- Please email us or call within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary.
- Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
Return & Refund Policy
We only allow returns if the item you received is defective (for defective items, customers must email or contact us on the same day of delivery). In that case, a refund will be possible; otherwise we cannot provide a refund.
We have a 24hrs return policy, which means you have 24-48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: – Within two days, the customer must courier the defective product to the office address for a return & refund and share the courier receipt via mail ID.)
Upon receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it and inform you by email, within two days, whether you qualify for a return. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you for the price of the product and a credit will be automatically added to your original form of payment within 7-8 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Customer:-
If regrettably you have to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it OR if your order is not shipped, we will do our utmost to help you with the refund. In the event of order cancellation, your reimbursement will be handled through the same method of payment and you will receive the refund into the original source of payment. The refund process in your account may take up to 7-8 business days.
